17321 Rancho has a warm, refined interior design with attention to detail in bespoke joinery throughout the three-level, 1,300-square-meter home. Located in the picturesque, tree-lined community of Encino in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California. Previously, 17321 Rancho was three individual blocks of land. A local developer bought all three and involved a local architect in designing the new residence, which was spread in the optimal site location over the original three titles

The home’s interior design reflects the Californian lifestyle with organic, textural finishes seamlessly blending a connection between indoor and outdoor. Understated luxury with careful consideration of custom-designed kitchens, bathrooms, powder rooms, and feature fireplaces brings the home together with elegance

Surprisingly, the home has a warm intimacy despite its grand size: seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and two pools. Taj Mahal quartzite, Calacatta Viola Oro marble, white oak veneers, warm-white Venetian plaster, and aged brass give the residence a harmonious blend of warmth and refined luxury with a contemporary take on a timeless design
